Qualifications

• Senior Planning solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in planning law.
• Experience handling complex planning matters, highways, and compulsory purchase.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad workload including contentious and non-contentious planning matters.
• Advise on Section 106 agreements and infrastructure projects.
• Provide strategic planning advice for major mixed-use developments.
