Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Planning Solicitor in Tunbridge Wells to join a growing L500 planning team. You will advise developers, landowners, investors and public sector clients on a broad range of planning matters, including applications, appeals, S106 and major development projects.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' PQE in planning, strong technical ability and a commercial approach to client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in planning practice.
• Strong technical ability and commercial client service.
• Experience advising on planning applications, appeals, S106 agreements and development projects.

Responsibilities
