Job summary

Errington Legal is seeking an ambitious Planning solicitor to join our highly regarded team. You will work with a variety of clients on planning matters across the region and nationally, including residential and commercial development, retail, agriculture and renewable energy schemes.

You will manage all aspects of cases and client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues to promote the firm's interests and deliver high quality advice.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years PQE in planning law with working knowledge of relevant legislations.
• Able to draft section 106 / infrastructure agreements with supervision where appropriate.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
