Planning Solicitor, 5+ PQE, London, GBP 125,000: GBP 150,000 DOE. Join a market:leading Planning team advising on complex, high:value development and infrastructure projects for an exceptional client base.

The Role

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planning Solicitor to join a highly regarded Real Estate team. Advising a diverse client base including developers, investors, corporate occupiers, funds and private clients, you will handle a broad range of complex planning matters across both commercial and residential developments.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE and broad experience across planning law. You will possess strong technical expertise, excellent drafting and negotiation skills and a genuine enthusiasm for advising on complex development projects. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, proactive and confident managing client relationships while delivering pragmatic legal advice. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively are essential.
