Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Wigan is seeking a Planning Administrator to support the Repack operation within the Kraft Heinz contract. The role is permanent, full-time, and follows a standard 08:00–16:00, Monday–Friday schedule.

You will develop daily operational plans, liaise with customers, forecast capacity, monitor performance and drive improvements across inbound/outbound planning. A strong eye for detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse planning and operations.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage day-to-day operational plan for the Repack operation.
• Liaise with onsite customers to review priorities and adjust schedules.
• Carry out strategic planning and forecasting activities considering seasonal fluctuations.
• Monitor operational performance, complete daily reports and analyse trends.
• Manage inbound and export planning, coordinating with customers and supporting meetings.
