Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations within a manufacturing or agricultural environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good IT proficiency, including ERP systems (e.g., D365).
• Understanding of health and safety and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Planning and managing production schedules to meet customer needs.
• Monitoring raw material availability and liaising with procurement and transport teams.
• Operating and overseeing weighbridge activities.
• Maintaining accurate records in D365/BMS and compliance systems.
• Supporting health and safety processes and reporting incidents promptly.
• Ensuring feed production meets quality standards and hygiene requirements.
• Assisting with stock takes and promoting good stock rotation.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting wellbeing initiatives.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 40hours per week

As a Planning & Production Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in coordinating production activities and maintaining accurate records. You’ll work closely with procurement, transport, and production teams to optimise efficiency and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
