Job summary

The National Lottery Community Fund is seeking a Planning, Performance and Reporting Officer within the England Operations Team to help shape how the directorate plans, measures performance, manages risk and uses its resources.

You will coordinate across teams and specialist functions to keep governance and planning processes strong, provide reliable information for decision-making, and support administrative and reporting activities to keep the Performance Function running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience providing operational, planning or administrative support within a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and improving systems and information flows, producing accurate reports and data that help teams monitor progress, manage resources and identify emerging issues.
• Coordinating, planning and reporting activities across the directorate, supporting the development, tracking and updating of business plans, performance metrics and delivery milestones.
• Support effective governance and risk management, ensuring key processes, logs and assurance activities are maintained and leaders have timely, reliable information for decision-making.
• Providing administrative support to ensure information is up to date, accurate and the Performance Function runs smoothly.
• Strong digital skills and proficiency in using a variety of systems such as Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.
