Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a senior Planning Partner or experienced planning lawyer ready for immediate partnership progression to join an entrepreneurial practice in Greater London.

You will lead and develop a high-quality planning team, shape strategy and client development, and advise on major infrastructure, commercial, residential, and development schemes, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Qualifications

• Senior Planning Partner or senior planning lawyer seeking immediate progression.
• Extensive experience advising on large-scale development and infrastructure projects.
• Proven capability in client origination and relationship management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to influence growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-quality planning practice within a collaborative partnership structure.
• Shape strategy, client development, and long-term growth.
• Advise on major infrastructure, commercial, residential, and development schemes.
• Handle contentious and non-contentious planning matters, including DCOs, compulsory purchase, highways, and environmental issues.
