Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited in Suffolk is seeking an experienced Planning Solicitor (Senior Associate / Partner) to join a well-regarded regional firm advising developers, landowners, businesses and authorities on planning matters, including applications, appeals and Section 106.

This role offers autonomy, potential partnership, strong development opportunities, and a supportive environment alongside a respected real estate team.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of planning matters.
• Experience advising a diverse client base on both contentious and non-contentious planning issues.
• Excellent commercial awareness and outstanding client relationship skills.
• A proactive approach to business development and networking.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise on planning applications, appeals, enforcement, Section 106 agreements, highways agreements and planning obligations.
• Support development projects from inception through to completion.
• Contribute to growing the firm's planning offering and client base.
