Opportunity for equity - Planning Director

Location: Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham.

I've partnered with a highly respected national planning and development consultancy to appoint a Town Planning Director who will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading a new regional office. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious planning leader to shape strategy, drive growth, and build a high performing team with the full backing of an established business. For individuals with an existing network or team, our client is open to supporting a wider team move as part of its long term growth plans.

Combining planning consultancy with in-house strategic communications expertise, this consultancy advises on projects that shape places, communities and economies across sectors including energy, infrastructure, residential, retail and commercial developments. The next stage of growth will be led by an entrepreneurial senior hire who sees the opportunity to build something of their own with the freedom to introduce new sectors, capabilities, client relationships and potentially an existing team to run the office how they see fit.
