Now we’re looking for a confident, detail-obsessed Planning Manager to join our high-performing team on one of the most awarded accounts in the industry: Reckitt.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a portfolio of well-known household brands—including a global hygiene leader with a track record for purpose-driven campaigns and high-profile partnerships.
Award-winning work: Reckitt has been named Advertiser of the Year and the account has brought home 15+ industry awards since 2023, including recognition for a Gogglebox partnership that reignited the conversation around public hygiene.
AV-led planning: A great opportunity to build (or grow) your expertise in AV media planning, with growing exposure to other channels
Big name, agile client: Reckitt’s team is experienced and fast-paced. You’ll be working alongside ex-agency marketers who appreciate smart thinking and value collaboration over fluff.
Exciting brand briefs: From content partnerships to public health initiatives and culturally relevant campaigns, these brands are committed to media innovation with impact.
You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of media planning across three brands in the Reckitt portfolio, working closely with the Planning Director, investment teams and specialists. Your focus will be on AV, with exposure to other channels and performance media.
You'll complement an experienced team, including a dedicated AV lead, and play a key role in managing client relationships, campaign development, and project management.
A seasoned Account Manager or very strong Senior Exec ready for a step up
Client leadership – confident in managing relationships and comfortable speaking up
Experience (or strong interest) in AV planning, with the ambition to lead across campaigns
Strong project and process management – someone who keeps things moving and spotless
Great at prioritising, pushing back when needed, and keeping internal and external teams aligned
Someone who complements the team with strong attention to detail, proactivity, and positive energy
Work on one of the most recognised and respected media accounts in the UK
A strong and diverse team culture, with a healthy mix of introverts and extroverts
Support and mentoring to grow into a future Planning Director role
