Job summary

You will handle strategic advisory, transactional and contentious planning work across public and private clients, with exposure to regeneration and infrastructure projects across the UK.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) with NQ to 4 years' PQE in planning law.
• Grounding in town and country planning and highway law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating planning and highways agreements.

Responsibilities

• Advising on planning strategy for major development and infrastructure projects across sectors.
• Drafting and negotiating section 106, highways, and other infrastructure documentation.
• Assisting with planning appeals, judicial review, or statutory challenges.
