You will be involved in a diverse and interesting range of work for clients with interests and concerns in green belt land; regeneration and development; affordable housing; listed buildings; change of use; energy, transport, and infrastructure projects.
You will play a pivotal, client-facing role and be responsible for the development of planning services. Gravitas, enthusiasm, and excellent organisational & communication skills are essential.
Senior lateral hire enquiries are most welcome. All applications from experienced planning specialists will be considered – the role requires not less than 5 years’ PQE (or equivalent) in technical skills, gained in either local authority or private practice.
