Job description

Service care solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in West Yorkshire. They are looking for a Planning Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst legal experts and progress your career.
This is a 3 month contract with potential to extend.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella – £50-£55ph depending on experience
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48 - £48.87 depending on experience

Responsibilities as a Planning Solicitor:

• To undertake a substantial personal caseload of legal matters predominantly in one or more areas as set out above in “Purpose of job”.
• To draft complex legal documentation as necessary relevant to the job role.
• To conduct investigatory and preparatory work as necessary to ensure effective presentation of cases to court/tribunals/inquiries/appeals and or successful completion of agreements as appropriate.

About you as a Planning Solicitor:

• Experience in Planning Law and practice as a qualified solicitor or barrister.
• Knowledge and experience of planning law
• Experience of Section 106 Agreements
