We employ more than 3,500 people across our offices in London, Southampton, Cardiff, and Manchester.

Our recruitment process:

Interviewing is a two-way process, and we want you to have the time and opportunity to get to know us, as much as we are getting to know you! Our interviews are conversational, and we want to get the best from you, so come with questions and be curious.

  • Engage with business areas to validate operational assumptions and gain buy-in to the overall demand view.
  • Identify missing data sources and collaborate with operational teams, Data & Strategy, and Data Science to address gaps.

Behaviours & Competencies:

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver within agreed timescales.
  • Ability to translate complex data into a digestible format suitable for a broad set of stakeholders.
  • Ability to combine datasets from multiple sources to tell a cohesive story.

Skills & Experience:

  • Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent data fluency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Benefits include 25 days holiday (plus public holidays), an extra day for your birthday, holiday purchase/sell options, 16 hours paid volunteering, salary sacrifice options, pension scheme, life insurance, private medical insurance, family-friendly policies, referral incentives, Perkbox membership, and access to various wellness initiatives.
