You’ll advise on planning law matters across the lifecycle of major development projects, collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to deliver commercially focused advice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitors with NQ–4 PQE in planning law.
• Experience drafting Section 106 and highways agreements.
• Experience with planning due diligence and contentious matters.
• Experience advising developers, landowners, investors and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise on planning matters across the development lifecycle.
• Draft and negotiate Section 106 and highways agreements.
• Provide planning and highways law advice to clients across sectors.
• Support transactions with planning due diligence.
• Assist with contentious planning matters including inquiries, hearings, judicial reviews.
