Job summary

ARM International is recruiting for 3 Planning & Delivery Managers to support an infrastructure maintenance delivery team within the rail sector at Plumstead Depot, London. These roles require rail planning experience and SSOWP competence, plus PTS/Sentinel cards and strong planning tools knowledge.

You will plan, schedule and manage safe work packs, possessions and interface with Network Rail and London Underground, ensuring railway safety standards and effective delivery across track,

Qualifications

• Rail planning experience is essential.
• SSOWP competence is required.
• PTS and Sentinel Card validation is needed.
• Experience creating safe work packs is required.
• Possession planning experience is essential.
• Knowledge of railway safety standards is required.
• Understanding of railway systems including track, signalling, stations, power and fleet is required.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and SharePoint.
• Experience with asset management systems PPS, Maximo, Ellipse, SAP or similar.
• Experience working with Network Rail or London Underground interfaces is required.

• Create and manage safe work packs.
• Support possession planning and work allocation.
• Manage work orders and maintenance planning activities.
• Attend planning and maintenance delivery meetings.
• Work closely with planners and delivery managers to support the wider planning function.
• Previous rail planning experience.
• Network Rail Safe System of Work Planner (SSOWP) competence.
• Valid PTS and Sentinel Card.
• Experience creating safe work packs.
• Experience with possession planning.
• Knowledge of railway safety standards.
• Understanding of railway systems including track, signalling, stations, power and fleet.
• Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and SharePoint.
• Experience using PPS, Maximo, Ellipse, SAP or similar asset management systems.
• Experience working with Network Rail, London Underground or Elizabeth Line interfaces.
• Knowledge of Central Access Systems.

Location: This is a fully site-based role at Plumstead Depot, Monday–Friday. No hybrid working is available.
