Job summary

Stannah Group is seeking a Planning Co-Ordinator for the Audenshaw depot to join the Operations Department. The role involves coordinating distribution, installation and removal activities, contacting customers, and scheduling installers and subcontractors.

It is a permanent contract with a 37-hour week and shift structure. The position offers a market-aligned salary, a profit share bonus, generous holiday entitlement, pension, health plan, and other employee benefits.

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate distribution, installation and removal activity for allocated depots.
• Contact customers to arrange installations and removals, providing a professional and empathetic service.
• Schedule jobs for installers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Liaise with Local Authorities, subcontractors and internal teams to support job delivery.
• Maintain accurate records across company systems and support continuous improvement.

Planning Co-Ordinator Jobs in Audenshaw at Stannah – Join Our Team!

Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Co-Ordinator to join the Operations Department, based at the Audenshaw depot.

As the Planning Co-Ordinator. You will work 37 hours, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00 and Saturday to Sunday 09:00 - 17:00. 4 x 7.5 hours days and 1 x 7 hour day in a 7 day period. This position is offered on a permanent contract.

The salary is £25400 increasing to £25900 after passing probation.
