About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Planning Associate to join this leading UK law firm. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' post-qualification experience in planning law and will play a key role in managing complex planning and infrastructure matters. As a Planning Associate, you will be involved in high-value projects across various sectors, including large-scale urban developments and transformative infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities

• Advisory & Drafting: Deliver strategic, clear, and commercially focused advice on complex planning matters, including negotiating planning agreements, Section 106 agreements, and handling planning appeals.
• Project Management: Take a hands-on approach in supporting large-scale projects, ranging from residential developments to significant infrastructure and regeneration schemes.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, offering solutions-oriented advice that aligns with their commercial and legal objectives.
