Due to sustained growth, our client in Cardiff is looking for a Planning Lawyer / Associate with 4+ years post-qualification experience to join its established national Real Estate Group.

The Role:

The successful Planning Solicitor will be responsible for:

1. Advising on topics including enforcement, listed buildings, compulsory purchase, and compensation.
2. Drafting and negotiating agreements and other legal documentation.
3. Preparing planning applications, certificates of lawfulness, letters of objection, witness statements, and statutory declarations.
4. Attending inquiries and hearings, including advocacy.
5. Instructing Counsel and attending conferences.
