The role requires 3+ years in Town Planning, be Chartered (RTPI) or working towards it, and the ability to manage multiple projects while navigating the planning process.

They are a multi-disciplinary working together across planners, socio-economics, architects, designers and other specialist consultants. The team focuses on strategic planning projects, planning applications and land promotions for residential developments across the Northern region of the UK.

WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

3+ years of experience in Town Planning, ideally within a planning consultancy. You will be Chartered (RTPI) or working towards it. Have previous experience working on multiple projects at any one time and have clear understanding of the planning process.
