Job summary

Vella Recruitment is seeking an experienced Associate Planner in Bristol to join a growing multi-disciplinary team.

You will work across a range of planning projects with senior planners, economists, designers and heritage consultants, and contribute to planning applications and land promotion work.

Applicants should have 5+ years in Town Planning and be RTPI chartered or working towards it, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Town Planning, ideally within a planning consultancy.
• Chartered (RTPI) or working towards it.
• Experience managing multiple projects and understanding the planning process.

They are a multi-disciplinary working together across planners, socio-economics, architects, designers and other specialist consultants. The team focuses on strategic planning projects, planning applications and land promotions for residential developments across the Northern region of the UK.

?WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

5+ years of experience in Town Planning, ideally within a planning consultancy. You will be Chartered (RTPI) or working towards it. Have previous experience working on multiple projects at any one time and have clear understanding of the planning process.
