Job summary

Vella Recruitment is seeking an experienced Associate Planner to join a dynamic planning consultancy in Bristol. The role involves working on planning applications, land promotion and strategic projects alongside senior planners, economists and designers.

You will bring 5+ years' Town Planning experience, RTPI status or working towards it, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. The team collaborates across UK offices and offers hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office.

They are a multi-disciplinary working together across planners, socio-economics, architects, designers and other specialist consultants. The team focuses on strategic planning projects, planning applications and land promotions for residential developments across the Northern region of the UK.

?WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

5+ years of experience in Town Planning, ideally within a planning consultancy. You will be Chartered (RTPI) or working towards it. Have previous experience working on multiple projects at any one time and have clear understanding of the planning process.
