Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a Planning Assistant to join our retail distribution operation in Wellingborough. This is a high‑volume site, where planning is critical to delivering service, managing resource and keeping productivity on track across a complex, fast‑moving environment. Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider site teams, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day planning activity, supporting headcount, forecasting and reporting to ensure the operation is always one step ahead. This is a full‑time, permanent position, working on any “5 out of 7” days, predominantly Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00.
We’re looking to offer a salary of £26,436, and 33 days annual leave (inclusive bank holidays).
