Job Title: Operations Planner

Responsibilities

• Ensure all bulk/retail/oat drink orders are incorporated into the production plan to meet customer delivery deadlines.
• Liaise with local and international third-party packers and logistics to ensure timely and complete delivery of drinks packaging.
• Maintain accurate stock levels on SAGE 200.
• Coordinate with the senior Operations Manager and Finance to manage stock levels based on sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to update and maintain sales forecasts.
• Manage logistics companies to ensure all delivery requirements are met, guaranteeing timely and complete customer deliveries.
• Investigate and resolve delivery complaints from customers.
• Ensure all export customs documentation is accurate and complete.
• Perform any other tasks reasonably required by the business.

Skills and Experience

• Experience with Sage 200.
• Ability to analyze data effectively.
• Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
• Achieve KPIs such as 'Order in Time and Full Daily', 'Warehouse GMP Weekly Audit', and 'Orders produced in time and full against the plan.'
