Job Description

  • Developing and maintaining an efficient forecasting model for customer service queries.
  • Planning staffing requirements and developing optimal schedules.
  • Continuously analysing performance & re-forecasting in real-time, adjusting staffing plans as needed to align with business objectives.
  • Working closely with the Customer Service team to understand and predict demand.
  • Identifying trends and patterns in complex datasets.
  • Providing insightful reports to guide decision making within the department.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between demand and capacity.
  • Supporting the implementation of strategic plans.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Continuously improving forecast accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Planning and Forecasting Analyst should have:

  • Experience in planning staffing requirements and translating them into the creation of optimal schedules and real-time management.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
