As Planning and Change Manager, you will manage the planning and coordination of work that underpin our charity’s activities, ensuring that our work is aligned, visible, and running smoothly. You will support the OKR cycle, so that teams and squads are enabled to deliver on their key results. Additionally, you’ll coordinate and manage inputs from all of our teams and departments to implement and improve efficient and customer-focused processes in support of a portfolio of programmes and charity-wide deliverables. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to prioritise and facilitate change and improvement work which ensures that everyone has the tools, processes, and information they need to deliver their work successfully.

Salary Package (£): 42,237.00
Compensation & Benefits: Employees based in London will receive £3000 London Weighting Allowance in addition to the advertised salary package. Advertised Salary, London Weighting Allowance and Annual Leave entitlement are FTE. They will be pro-rata'd for part time and fixed term positions. Teach First’s core benefits include 27 days holiday per annum (3 of which must be taken during the holiday shutdown period between Christmas Day and New Year's Day), participation in the pension scheme via Salary Exchange (with an employer contribution of up to 6%), life assurance, income protection and private healthcare.
