Job Description

Join the thriving and dynamic United Infrastructure Services team in Washington! As a rapidly growing business, we are excited to welcome a new Planning Administrator to contribute to our success. If you're looking for a long-term career opportunity with a Main Contractor, where you can develop your skills and be part of an industry-leading organisation, this role is for you.

Your Role: Planning Administrator

To operate effectively in a delivery focused and often fast-paced environment, working within the planning department to ensure that information is compiled ready for the work to be carried out.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customer to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Manage workload to comply with Clients Service Level Agreements
  • Manage NRSWA requirements on individual schemes in order to minimise financial risk and non-compliance
  • Coordination with local authorities
  • Effective liaison with all stakeholders
  • All other duties assigned

Qualifications

  • The ability to self-motivate and work within a team
  • Good spoken and written communication skills at all levels
  • Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools
  • The ability to work under pressure to deadlines literate particularly Microsoft Office and

Excel.

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player, but also comfortable working alone.
  • Understands the need for respect, sensitivity and discretion in a public facing role.
  • Some flexibility of working hours may be required.
  • Self-Motivated, enthusiastic and calm under pressure.
