The Role

We are seeking a Lane Rental Planner to coordinate work orders, ensure effective planning, and communicate with colleagues and customers to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Planning activities for operational teams using various systems.
2. Monitoring work output from start to finish, ensuring progress is communicated.
3. Serving as the first point of contact for operational colleagues to resolve issues.
4. Processing traffic management, footway, road closures, notices, and permits.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Experience in fast-paced environments requiring quick decision-making.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Computer literacy and customer-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of Lane Rental processes is a plus.
