The Role…

We are looking to recruit a Lane Rental Planner for our South East Water contract.

Work orders rely on being planned successfully, and this is your opportunity to be involved from the start, mapping out what needs to be achieved.

You will communicate with colleagues and customers to clearly define requirements and expectations.

These requirements will then be translated into accurate and concise work instructions for our operational teams.

Here are some of the activities you will be involved in...

• Planning activities for operational teams using various systems.
• Monitoring work output from start to finish, ensuring progress is recorded and communicated regularly.
• Serving as the first point of contact for operations colleagues to help resolve issues.
• Processing, raising, and closing traffic management, footway, road closures, notices, and permit requests.

• Relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment, where quick decisions are made.
• Highly developed organisational and communication skills, with enjoyment in dealing with diverse people.
• Computer literacy and a customer-oriented approach are essential.
