Sphere Solutions is recruiting an experienced Construction Planner to join an established contractor delivering major projects in the Bristol area. You will develop and maintain detailed programmes using Primavera P6 or MS Project, produce baselines and updates, and monitor progress to anticipate delays.

Ideal candidates will have strong planning and programming experience, be proficient in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, and able to collaborate with site teams and senior management on progress

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with site teams to ensure programme information reflects actual progress.
• Analyse critical path, programme risks and key project milestones.
• Produce progress reports and programme updates for project teams and senior management.
• Assist with project planning, sequencing and resource requirements.
• Identify potential programme issues and work with delivery teams to develop mitigation plans.
• Support commercial and project teams with programme information and reporting.
• Attend progress and planning meetings with clients, consultants and project teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Construction Planner within a main contractor environment.
• Strong construction planning and programming experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and project delivery.
• Experience managing programmes from pre-construction through to completion.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with site and project management teams.
