MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Interim Planned Works Manager for an initial 3-month contract in North East Essex, with hybrid working options. • Ensure the successful delivery of property improvement and investment projects.
• Provide technical advice and guidance on construction, maintenance, and asset-related matters.
• Lead and support technical staff, ensuring high levels of performance and service delivery.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure procurement activities are undertaken in line with relevant regulations and best practice.
• Drive continuous improvement across planned works and asset management functions.

Job description

MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Interim Planned Works Manager for an initial 3-month contract based in North East Essex on behalf of a Housing Association. This position is available to start immediately, with a day rate dependent on experience and paid inside IR35. Hybrid working is available.
