SalesCaptain has an exciting mission, developing one of the world’s best go-to-market programs, and helping B2B companies generate sales in a predictable and sustainable way.We are currently looking for a talented full-time conversion-oriented Outbound Marketer to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans.

We promote a remote-first environment and welcome candidates located anywhere in Europe.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the strategy and execution of outbound marketing campaigns on Email and LinkedIn for SalesCaptain and our clients
  • Create messaging for outbound email, LinkedIn, and SMS campaigns
  • Identify, evaluate and test new campaign angles and niches to improve lead quality and increase positive replies
  • Build multi-layer lead targeting processes combining multiple data sources to help our Lead Generation team build high-intent prospect lists
  • Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to help achieve our campaign KPIs and improve lead quantity
  • Communicate with clients and create reports to showcase progress and results
Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Have an advanced or native level of English (C1-C2)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lemlist
  • Experience in the Tech, SaaS, Mobile app, or software industry would be an advantage
  • Open to SDRs / BDRs with relevant experience
