Job summary

Kingdom Group is seeking a Planned Investment Support Officer to help deliver the Planned Investment Programme and support customers across Kingdom's services. The role focuses on coordinating access for visits, assisting with project management, and delivering upgrade programmes with contractors to meet standards and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have an HNC or equivalent, strong deadline discipline, and knowledge of procurement regulations.

Qualifications

• Has an HNC level qualification (or relevant experience) in a relevant subject.
• Ability to work accurately and to deadlines and timescales.
• Understanding of procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to arrange access for visits and jobs.
• Assist with the project management of planned and cyclical maintenance projects.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to internal and external customers.
• Deliver programmes such as kitchen, bathroom and window upgrades with contractors.
