Job summary

Kingdom Group is seeking a Planned Investment Support Officer to play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Planned Investment Programme. The role involves liaising with customers, coordinating access for visits and works, and collaborating with contractors to deliver kitchen, bathroom, and window upgrades.

You will assist in project management, ensure projects align with standards, timescales and budgets.

Qualifications

• Ability to work accurately and to deadlines and timescales.
• Understanding of procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with customers to arrange access for visits and jobs to be carried out.
• Assist with the project management of planned and cyclical maintenance projects.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to relevant internal and external customers.
• Deliver programmes such as Kitchen, bathroom and window upgrades alongside contractors and consultants.
