Job summary

Places Leisure is seeking a Reception and Sales colleague (Placemaker) to join our energetic team. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, create a welcoming first impression for prospective and current members, and help inspire others to work together and perform at their best.

The role blends sales with service in a lively environment, with opportunities for training across customer service, sales, and even lifeguarding or swimming teaching, supported by ongoing development and a clear path

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or customer service environment is advantageous.
• Ability to build personable relationships with customers.
• Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
• Sales-focused with a proactive approach and target orientation.
• Clear, friendly communication and professional demeanor.
