Places Leisure is seeking a proactive Reception and Sales colleague (Placemaker) to deliver welcoming and professional customer service at our facilities. You will handle enquiries, support membership sign-ups and work within a lively team to create a positive first impression for all members and guests.

The role offers opportunities for training and development, with a clear path to roles such as Placemaker Assistant Manager and Placemaker Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment would be beneficial.
• You will be able to multi-task and deliver strong customer service.
• You will promote memberships and deliver a friendly, welcoming experience.
