Domino's Pizza Group plc is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead busy shifts in our fast-paced store in the United Kingdom. You will motivate the team, ensure fast service, and uphold quality and brand standards on every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in hospitality, retail or food service.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required).
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve in-store issues professionally.
• Work with Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and security policies.
