Job summary

Stateside Foods Limited is offering a permanent role in our Bakery Department as a Production Operative. You will work Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00 and be responsible for maintaining production standards and GMP.

Ideally you will have experience in a similar food production role and good communication skills to work as part of a team in a warm, fast paced environment. Full compliance with health and safety policies is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production preferred but not essential.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to adhere to H&S and Hygiene policies.
• Ability to work in a warm, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve housekeeping/Good Manufacturing Practice within all areas
• Report machinery or product related issues
• Carry out basic machinery repairs/replacements on wear and tear
• Manually stretch dough
• Fill crusts
• Pizza base preparation for ovens
• Build effective relationships with colleagues
• Any other adhoc tasks requested by management
• Adhere to the company’s H&S policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the company’s Hygiene policies and procedures.
