Westfield Stratford in London is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations of our busy hospitality venue. You will drive sales, oversee service and kitchen production, and ensure top quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years as a General Manager in hospitality, with strong leadership, hands-on approach, and a passion for food and team development. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and operational objectives in line with the OPS Manager's guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, service, hygiene, and safety.
• Oversee service, kitchen production, reservations, and customer flow.
• Lead and motivate BOH and FOH teams.
• Manage team training, development, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
• Oversee staff scheduling, administration, and daily operations.
