Ideal candidates have proven experience in fast-paced restaurant environments, strong attention to detail, and excellent teamwork. Neapolitan pizza experience is highly desirable, with a focus on delivering guest satisfaction.

Job description

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards
• Cook pizzas using wood fired oven to perfection using appropriate methods and equipment
• Ensure all food preparation adheres to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times during food preparation and cooking processes
  Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
• Excellent skills in meal preparation, particularly pizza-making techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and quality control
• Experience with kitchen equipment used in pizza preparation, such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools
• Team-oriented attitude with effective communication skills
• Previous experience in making Neapolitan pizza is highly desirable
