Job summary

Rooftop Cinema Club is seeking a passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team, delivering high-quality, fresh pizzas in a fast-paced, experience-driven venue. You will work in a cinema + hospitality setting where food is part of the show.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of pizza chef experience, a strong understanding of dough fermentation and pizza techniques, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays in the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of dough fermentation and pizza techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage fresh pizza dough (mixing, fermenting, portioning)
• Stretch, top, and cook pizzas to a high standard
• Operate stone-bake or wood-fired ovens
• Maintain consistency, speed, and presentation during peak service
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (UK regulations)
• Manage prep, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness
• Support kitchen team during busy service periods
