Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in pizza making, dough prep and oven management.
• Proven leadership of a kitchen team, staff supervision and shifts.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations in a commercial kitchen.
• Experience in menu planning, recipe development, portion control and cost management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration to support an inclusive team culture.
• Head Chef or Senior Pizza Chef experience, preferably in Italian/pizzeria settings.
• Culinary training or certifications; food hygiene preferred.
