Restaurant Associates UK is hiring a Pizza Chef / Chef de Partie for Blackfriars. In a high-volume contract catering environment, you will lead the pizza section and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality pizzas.

You’ll prepare dough, sauces and toppings, manage busy service periods, and maintain food safety standards while supporting other kitchen sections as needed. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workstation throughout the day

Pizza Chef / Chef de Partie, Blackfriars, £17+ per hour!

Looking for a chef role that gives you more time outside of work? As our Chef de Partie, you’ll primarily focus on pizza preparation and service, working alongside the Head Chef and wider kitchen team in a friendly, high-volume contract catering environment. You’ll also support other sections of the kitchen as and when required, helping to deliver a consistently high standard of food and service.

What You’ll Be Doing

What we’re looking for

• Experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally with a strong interest or experience in pizza
• Confidence preparing and cooking pizza in a busy kitchen environment
• A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to support other sections when required
• A reliable and flexible team player who enjoys working as part of a small kitchen team
• Strong attention to detail and pride in food quality and presentation
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
• Someone who takes ownership of their section while being happy to support the wider team
