Job summary

Zanna Group, a Manchester-based hospitality group, seeks an ambitious Pizza Chef to join its kitchens. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will deliver high-quality pizzas and dough products across busy venues, ensuring consistency and excellent customer experience.

You will work with fresh ingredients, participate in dough preparation, fermentation, and pizza production, and contribute to a supportive, growth-minded team. Competitive pay and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with dough preparation and fermentation.
• Knowledge of dough handling techniques and bakery processes.
• Familiarity with HACCP procedures and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Be fully responsible for your section, ensuring quality and consistency of food during all stages of production.
• Work closely with the bakery team to prepare, ferment and manage dough to the highest standard.
• Bring proven experience working with pizza dough, fermentation and dough handling techniques.
• Participate in HACCP procedures according to the company’s Food Safety Management System.
• Have a ‘can do’ approach and undertake a range of kitchen tasks as required.
