Leeds Marriott Hotel is seeking a passionate Pizza Chef to join the kitchen team at Gino D’Acampo, Leeds. You will prepare and present authentic Italian pizzas, dough, sauces and toppings, while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

You’ll work across a 7-day operation, with shifts across 5 days and evenings. A dedicated chef who thrives in a busy kitchen and collaborates with colleagues will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
• Passion for Italian cuisine and pizza making.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook and present authentic Italian pizzas to the highest standards.
• Prepare dough, sauces and toppings with fresh ingredients.
• Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely.
• Ensure dishes are prepared and served within expected timeframes.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety.
• Keep your section clean, organised and prepared for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth operation.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste.
• Contribute ideas to improve food quality and guest experience.
