Leeds Marriott Hotel in Leeds is seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join the kitchen team at Gino D’Acampo, Leeds. You will prepare and cook authentic Italian pizzas to the highest standards, following brand recipes and specifications.

This full-time role is 35 hours per week over 5 days, with shifts across a 7-day operation. The ideal candidate has pizza-making experience, a passion for Italian cuisine, and strong hygiene and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Pizza Chef or in a professional kitchen.
• Passion for Italian cuisine and high-quality ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook and present authentic Italian pizzas to the highest standards.
• Prepare fresh dough, sauces and toppings, ensuring quality ingredients.
• Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
