Job Opportunity: Pizzaiolo and Aiuto Pizzaiolo at Sud Italia

Sud Italia, the renowned Neapolitan pizza truck, is seeking passionate Pizzaiolo and Aiuto Pizzaiolo to join our team at our pizzerias in London. We offer competitive salaries plus bonuses.

We are a successful, growing company focused on quality and simple, love-made food. Based in Old Spitalfields Market, we also operate another pizza truck around London for daily markets and private events. Since 2015, we've built an excellent reputation by using the freshest ingredients to craft our traditional Neapolitan pizzas. Our menu features 6 core pizzas and weekly-changing specials, sourcing only the best and freshest ingredients.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working with a wood-fired oven
• Ability to manage team members in a busy kitchen environment
• Capable of working under pressure while maintaining high health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the Restaurant Manager
