Job summary

Yard Sale Pizza Hither Green is hiring a talented Part Time Pizza Chef to join our growing neighbourhood kitchen. You’ll bring dough stretching, pizza baking and doughmaking skills to a fast-paced service, with Friday and Saturday evenings required.

We are a young but expanding brand offering career progression, training and a great team. You’ll use state-of-the-art Marana ovens, enjoy pro-rated tips via TiPJAR and overtime pay, plus holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Experience stretching, baking and doughmaking in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
• Excellent teamwork.
• Eligible to work in the UK and English speaking.

Responsibilities

Yard Sale Pizza serve award-winning neighbourhood pizza.We're hiring a talented Part Time Pizza chef.

We’re a young but growing business currently with 8 sites, offering plenty of career progression for hard working individuals.

Duties

• You'll be showcasing your wonderful pizza-making skills;
• Ensuring the kitchen service is running smoothly;
• Adhering to exceptional high standards;
• Completing all prep as required;
• Cleaning down the kitchen including deep cleans when required;
• Take responsibility of your workstation;
• Work collaboratively in a team.

Requirements

• You must be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
• Experience stretching, baking and making dough in a fast-paced environment.
• Be an excellent team player
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and speak English.

We’re buzzing to be opening our 11th Yard Sale Pizza in South East London's Hither Green in November 2023. Bringing our award-winning handmade, hand-delivered pizzas to this stunning neighbourhood! We’ll be serving up London’s ultimate delivery pizza, all delivered by our amazing team of drivers through our in-house delivery service, with seats for dine-in customers.

About Us

Yard Sale Pizza fired up the oven in 2014, starting with weekly supper clubs from our backyard in Hackney. We now offer delivery, dine-in and takeaway in 17 of our favourite neighbourhoods. Known for our collaborations, we’ve teamed up with illustrators, musicians, international chefs & local eateries- all on the quest for the perfect pie!
