Job summary

Yard Sale Pizza Crystal Palace is hiring a talented Part Time Pizza chef to join our growing neighbourhood spot. You’ll showcase pizza making skills, handle dough, and keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy weekend shifts.

We offer progression, a junior rate from £12.50 and senior rate from £14.50 per hour, with overtime paid and tips via TiPJAR. Join a friendly team at our Crystal Palace location and help deliver great pizza and service.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
• Experience stretching, dough prep, and baking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent team player with good communication.
• Eligible to work in the UK and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and showcase pizzas with dough handling skills.
• Ensure kitchen service runs smoothly during shifts.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Complete prep as required for service.
• Clean and sanitise workspace and equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with team to deliver great pizzas.

Yard Sale Pizza serve award-winning neighbourhood pizza. We're hiring a talented Part Time Pizza chef.

We’re a young but growing business currently with 8 sites, offering plenty of career progression for hard working individuals.

Duties:

• You'll be showcasing your wonderful pizza-making skills;
• Ensuring the kitchen service is running smoothly;
• Adhering to exceptional high standards;
• Completing all prep as required;
• Cleaning down the kitchen including deep cleans when required;
• Take responsibility of your workstation;
• Work collaboratively in a team.

Requirements:

• You must be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
• Experience stretching, baking and making dough in a fast-paced environment.
• Be an excellent team player
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and speak English.

Our third shop south of the river and we are so excited to be joining the Crystal Palace neighbourhood. We’ll be open seven days a week for delivery & collection, plus there’s a few seats to dine in too!
